About me

Aslan KAA — KAGIROV ABDUL-HAKIM AKHMADOVICH

Born on September 7, 1970 in the Chechen-Ingush ASSR, in a country called the USSR.

Friends and partners know me as Aslan. This name was given to me by my beloved mother, because at birth my grandfather had named me Abdul-Hakim in honor of his brother Abdullah, and according to Chechen custom women may not utter the names of relatives on their husband's side.

  • Vacuum-Pulse Impact (VPI) technology applied to the reservoir using the Enhanced Downhole Pump K-2 (USNK-2). The pump is designed to treat the bottom-hole zone of the formation in order to improve its filtration characteristics and increase the productivity of producing wells operated by deep sucker-rod pumps.

  • Flow Conversion System (SPP) technology employing innovative valves embedded in the production tubing to increase oil output and extend the natural-flow period of wells in fields with a high gas factor, as well as on wells suitable for transition from natural flow to artificial-lift production methods.

  • Without world analogues, my new development is a Know-How — an innovative technology for lifting fluids from oil-and-gas wells where extreme depth or aggressive media make no modern artificial-lift method usable.

  • Incineration and processing of municipal solid waste (MSW) at a waste-to-energy plant in Oryol, using biogas and the resulting thermal and electrical energy in the «Eagle's Nest» agro-industrial project.

  • Creation of fundamentally new technological IT-products for the use of digital assets in the financial sector of any state's or region's economy — products that will raise macroeconomic indicators without hyperinflation and without resorting to Stand-By loans, Export Credits, or Resource-backed loans.
